Please select carefully as we are unable to accept returns. Please ensure that you read the description including measurements before purchasing, as we do not accept returns. We do not offer or provide refunds or exchanges on our products if you change your mind after placing or receiving your order.
  • Is there a chance the flowers may break in transit?
Due to the delicate and fragile nature of dried and preserved flowers, there may be very little shedding that occurs in transit, which is normal. However, our arrangements are packaged in a way that prevents the arrangement from breaking.
  • If my flowers may break in transit, do you refund/replace?
While we do not refund for small amounts of unavoidable shedding, we will happily look over photos of your arrangement if it has been severely damaged in the post. Please email us with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your blooms. Depending on the availability of flowers, you will be offered a replacement or a refund.
  • Can I make a Custom Oder?
Send a message via Instagram or email us and we can discuss about your custom arrangement. Please allow more time to arrange custom orders as flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. You can even send through an Inspirational photo and we will try our best to bring your vision to life!
  • How long will the flowers last?
Sibella Blooms are made with a combination of dried / preserved flowers. Depending on the environment they are kept in, these flowers can last for years. While the flowers will always look their best in the first year, most of them can still look amazing for up to 5 years. As flowers are a natural product, you will notice shedding and loss of colour / shape overtime.
  • Is the vase/pot included?
All arrangements include the pot as shown in the images.
  • I want an arrangement that has been sold out.
Please feel free to message us and we can try our best to re make the arrangement depending on the availability of flowers and pots/vases. All Sibella Blooms can be made in different sizes with similar style. Please contact us via Instagram or email to chat about it.
  • How do I care for these flowers?
Placement Keep your arrangement indoors. To avoid fading, discolouration and petals becoming brittle, we suggest keeping your blooms out of direct sunlight, and away from heaters and air conditioners. Avoid large flows of breeze as this can cause fragile petals to break. Handle them with care and avoid touching them as they are delicate. Expect some shedding as they are real flowers. Dried and preserved flowers are fragile, so taking good care of them will ensure they continue to look beautiful for many years to come. Avoid Moisture Avoid rooms with high humidity or prone to getting wet and damp. It can cause the dried arrangement to grow mould and/or cause browning of leaves and petals. There is no need to water the flowers. Clean Dust build up can damage your everlasting blooms. Clean you arrangement using a hairdryer on low power and cool temperature. Lightly blow over the flowers to remove dust. Hold the hairdryer far enough away to only blow the dust. Due to the long lifespan of these arrangements they are bound to get a little dusty.
  • Do I need to water these flowers?
No. These flowers have been dried and preserved, therefore do not need any water. In fact water can do more harm than good. Part of the care instructions is to keep them away from wet and damp environments as this can cause petals to discolour and become brittle.
  • Do the flowers smell?
These flowers are just for decorative purposes and have lost their scent, although you may notice that some of the dried flowers have an unnatural scent as they have been processed, coloured and bleached.
